We present the Hip Fracture Argentine Registry

On Saturday, March 19, 2022, we presented the Hip Fracture Argentine Registry in the first Regional Pocket Meeting on Treatment of Fragility Fractures organized by the Fragility Fracture Network (FFN) entitled “Quality indicators in orthogeriatric and secondary prevention of fractures. Powerful tools for quality improvement”. FFN is a global organization created to improve the treatment and secondary prevention of fragility fractures. It is the driving force behind record development around the world.

In Argentina we took the first step in having quality data: we developed the first Hip Fracture Multicenter Registry from all over the country in partnership with RAFCA and Fundación Navarro Viola. We planned to implement it in 2022.

The meeting was held by zoom between 12 and 15 hours. And was coordinated by María Diehl and Juan Carlos Viveros.
