Pasos Program® | Comprehensive
Management of Hip Fractures®
The Pasos Program® arises as a response to the lack of local and updated information to improve the quality of healthcare of those affected.
It is a management model based on evidence, implemented in public
and private healthcare institutions throughout the country, aiming to
learn about the impact of hip fractures in Argentina, reach consensus
on clinical practice guidelines and design prevention strategies to
promote healthy aging.
This is a pioneering development in the region, which gains special significance as it is framed within the Decade of Healthy Aging 2020-2030, proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
