Nowadays, formal caregivers have a fundamental role within the
healthcare system, given that their participation guarantee the
delivery of comprehensive care, centered on the individuals and
their environment.
Assisting a traumatized patient is a complex task, and requires a
specialized training that takes into account the needs and
possibilities of the people being cared for.

What is it

Virtual training for caregivers to acquire knowledge, understand and respond appropriately to the characteristics and needs of the person served, in order to preserve his or her independence and quality of life.

To incorporate tools and skills applicable to the attention and care processes of traumatized and/or disabled people, in order to prevent risk situations and promote social inclusion, among others.

  • Caregivers with previous training in institutions accredited by the National Direction of Policies for the Elderly (DINAPAM) and/or the Secretary of Social Integration for the Elderly (SECISPM).
  • Nursing Assistants.
  • Therapeutic companions.
