She began her professional career at Beccar Varela Studio, from which she retired as a partner to assume the Vice Presidency of Legal Affairs of The Walt Disney Company Latin America. She also served as Latin America&#8217;s Chief Compliance Officer and an Executive Committee member. He worked in numerous legal studies and was part of the management of Legal Affairs of YPF. She was Executive Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance and a member of the Executive Committee of Molinos R\u00edo de la Plata S.A., where she also promoted the formation and led the Inclusion and Diversity Committee. She was one of the founding partners of DAR, Desarrollo Argentino de Recursos, Argentina\u2019s first Fundraising consultant. She was co-founder and president of AEDROS and member of the Board of Directors of the University of San Andr\u00e9s, the Food Bank, the Ronald McDonald House and the Wildlife Foundation.
